- Pet Limit: One (1) pet per apartment unit. No exceptions without prior written approval from management.
- Weight Limit: Maximum weight of 40 lbs at full adult size, verified by veterinary record at time of application.
- Restricted Breeds: Pit Bull/Pit mixes, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Chow Chow, Akita, Wolf hybrids.
- Required Documentation: Current vaccination records, a recent photo, and proof of renter’s insurance with pet liability coverage, submitted prior to move-in.
